This is a hands-on HR role supporting HR operations, employee administration, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and workforce coordination, with additional exposure to foreign employees and offshore operations.

This position is well suited to an HR professional with experience in HR, Operations, Crewing or related administrative functions who is looking to develop broader HR experience within an international offshore wind environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Administration
Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information and personnel records.
Handle employees' day-to-day HR enquiries and administrative requests.

2. Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce Coordination
Support recruitment activities, job postings, candidate coordination, interview arrangements and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners to support manpower requirements.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

3. Payroll, Allowance & Contract Administration
Support monthly payroll preparation by checking attendance, overtime, leave, allowances and other payroll-related information.
Assist with employee benefits and C&B administration.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted on time.

4. Employee Documentation & Compliance
Maintain employee contracts, certificates, training records and other mandatory documentation.
Ensure HR documentation and records are complete, accurate and maintained in accordance with company requirements.

5. Foreign Employee & Mobility Support
Support work permits, visas, residence permits and other mobility-related processes for foreign employees.
Liaise with external consultants, vendors and relevant parties to ensure mobility processes are completed smoothly.

6. Maritime & Offshore Operations Support
Coordinate with Operations, QHSE and Training teams to support personnel deployment, training and compliance requirements.
Provide administrative and personnel support for international employees and offshore personnel.

7. HR Projects & Process Improvement
Support training, HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Assist with other HR initiatives and day-to-day HR activities as required.

We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Crewing, Maritime or Operations-related roles.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international colleagues and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised, with strong coordination and administrative skills.
- Basic understanding of Taiwan employment practices and HR processes.
- Interest in an international working environment, the maritime industry or offshore operations.
- Experience supporting foreign employees, crew or offshore personnel is a strong advantage.


Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.

You do not need to be an expert in every area of HR. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily HR operations, coordinate effectively across different teams, and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience in HR, Crewing, Maritime or Offshore Operations will be highly regarded.

ffshore Telecoms / SCADA Commissioning Engineer We are seeking an experienced Offshore Telecoms / SCADA Commissioning Engineer to support the hook up and commissioning of key telecoms packages including fibre optic systems, IT/OT networks, VOIP phones, TETRA radio and LTE systems. You will also support with the commissioning of key control and monitoring systems across the wind farm. This is a rotational position based on a SOV (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off). Key Responsibilities · · Patching and configuration of networks to approved project drawings. · Support network specialists during configuration of switches, access points and VOIP equipment. · Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues across all elements of the telecom systems. · Commission and verify VOIP phone systems. · Assist with hook-up and commissioning of package control systems. · Assist with commissioning of TETRA and LTE communications systems. · Provide technical input and support where telecom systems interface with LV power supplies and distribution. · Act as offshore technical focal point for telecoms. · Manage and maintain critical commissioning spares, and temporary communications systems. · Produce accurate test reports, commissioning records and punch lists. · Work safely under the offshore permit to work system, HSEQ rules and transfer procedures. Essential Skills & Experience · Strong offshore telecoms / SCADA commissioning background· Experience patching structured cabling and working with industry standard hardware (switches, access points). · Familiarity with VOIP systems and network service commissioning. · Experience with TETRA and/or LTE telecoms systems. · Troubleshooting experience of network connectivity issues. · Knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems, and ability to assist in commissioning of these systems. · Experience working with LV power systems, including safe isolation, termination, and integration of telecoms equipment with LV distribution. · Offshore experience (offshore wind preferred; oil & gas, subsea or maritime considered). · Valid offshore safety and medical certifications (BOSIET / GWO / offshore medical).Strong documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
